Classes

Classes are currently held on Monday’s during term time from 7:00pm – 8:00pm, at Woolstone Community Centre, Mill Lane, Woolstone, Milton Keynes, MK15 0AJ. Please check the news page for updates on closures during school holidays.

New to Karate?

We are currently open to beginners and lower grades up-to 4th Kyu.

For children, a suggested minimum age for training is 11 years (secondary school age or higher). For adults there is no maximum age – anyone can enjoy the benefits that Karate has to offer!

If it is your first lesson don’t worry about wearing a gi (the karate uniform), just wear light clothing that allows you to stretch and move easily.
